Date: February 7, 2012
Time: Evening.
I live in North Greece, NY about 2 miles from the Lake Ontario shoreline. I have regularly seen these lights north of me over the lake, no explanation! I just saw them again this past week (I believe it was February 7th or so, 2012).
Would love an explanation.

I was sceptical untill i saw them too. On fri aug 24th orange flickering lights , high speed for a baloon, absolutely silent, disappeared suddenly to reappear at much higher altitude in different spot
